These are the simple rules for using QuranThumbnails, the free thumbnail maker at quranthumbnails.com. By using the site, you agree to them.
Free to use
QuranThumbnails is free, with no sign-up. You can use it for personal channels and commercial channels alike.
What you make is yours
The thumbnails, titles and descriptions you create belong to you. You don't need to credit the site, though it's always appreciated.
Your responsibility for what you add
- Only use photos, backgrounds, logos and fonts that you have the right to use. That includes photos of reciters, and other people's channel logos or artwork.
- You're responsible for how you use what you make, including on YouTube and other platforms, and for following their rules.
- Please use the tool respectfully, keeping in mind that it's made for content about the Quran.
The templates
Some templates are inspired by the thumbnail styles of well-known Quran channels. QuranThumbnails isn't affiliated with or endorsed by those channels, and their names are used only to describe the style. Each channel's own names, logos and branding belong to them.
Fonts and text
Fonts included with the site belong to their creators and are used under their licences. The Title & description tool fills in text automatically. Please check it before posting, especially translations and surah details.
No guarantees
The site is provided "as is." It's made with care, but there's no guarantee that it will always be available, free of mistakes, or suitable for every purpose. Saved items live in your browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data, so keep copies of anything important. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss or damage from using the site.
Changes
The site and these terms may change over time. When the terms change, the date at the top will be updated. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
